Recently I’ve been experimenting with some film. I love the look and organic feel of the images and can’t wait to start shooting portraits and engagement sessions purely in film. I also want to bring a film camera along to weddings and start slowly but surely capturing some analog images, along with digital.

Sheila and Pete recently celebrated their union at the wonderful Raffaldini Vineyards (www.raffaldini.com) … a grey day turned sunny, it was perfect for some nice portraits of the couple.
Fun engagement session around Winston-Salem. I was excited when Jennifer told me we could have access to a local billiard spot. We used several different locations for lots of variety. The couple will be tying the knot in 2012.
Just got back from a 6 day visit to Spain. This was our first time there and we had a great time! Spain is a fabulous country, the people, culture, sights, and food make it one of my favorites.Here are a few images from the trip, some of these were taken around Madrid, Burgos, Valladolid and Salamanca. Had a fabulous Spring session with Patrick, my two year old buddy, he’s the son of my good friend Juliana, who used to live in NC and moved up north. She happened to come to NC for a few days and we just had to take some photos of Patrick having fun. Enjoy!
We had the opportunity to visit the ‘Enchanted Island’ for the first time a few days ago. We wanted to travel ‘light’ and decided to take my iPhone, this way challenging myself to take photos with an automatic and fixed lens phone camera. We saw so much art, history and in the process savored some pretty good LatinAmerican food Here are a few snapshots from our Caribbean adventure:
